“In photography there is a reality so subtle that it becomes more real than reality.” Alfred Stieglitz

Welcome to Fusion Art’s fourth quarterly group juried art exhibition. The theme for the exhibition is Photography.

For this competition, the gallery invited photographers, worldwide, to submit their best work using analog, digital, digital manipulation and/or any alternative processes for a group exhibition. For this open, no theme, competition all photographers over the age of 18, regardless of location or experience, were encouraged to submit their best representational and non-representational digital art and photography.

We received a diverse collection of quality artwork from photographers around the world including the US, Germany, United Kingdom, France, Australia and the Philippines. Twenty-six artists were chosen to participate in the group exhibition – Gar Benedick, Julie Berglund, Bessie Baudin, Dan Blackburn, Deborah Bucy, Marcia Berg Haskell, Woody Hirsh, Hunter Johnson, Collin Killick, Brady Lane, Bette Levine, Barbara Mierau-Klein, Patrick O’Brien, Nancy Pallowick, Markelle Palombo, Caitlin Alexandra Parker, Catherine Pennington-Meyer, Da’Rrell Privott, Jessica Circe Rogers, Rafael Rosas, Susan Phoebe Sabado, Mark Stenholm, Monique Sullivan, David Swindler, Ilya Trofimenko, Craig Walters.

The exhibition will remain open and available for viewing on the Fusion Art website until January 14, 2018. During that time, the artists will be marketed and promoted extensively through Fusion Art’s website, in hundreds of press release announcements, email marketing, online event calendars, art news websites and through the gallery’s extensive social media outlets.

As always, we’d like to take this opportunity to thank all the competition participants. While not all the photographers who submitted artwork were selected for inclusion in the exhibition, this in not necessarily a reflection on any one artist’s talent and/or skill.  It takes courage to offer your art up for critique by others and all the artists should be applauded for their efforts. We appreciate all of you sharing your extraordinary talent with us.

For anyone interested in purchasing any of the artwork in this exhibition, please contact the photographers directly. Fusion Art does not engage in selling the artwork featured in any of its monthly online exhibitions. All purchase inquiries should be directed to the artist.
